Richard Harrison
Chairman and Director
Richard brings eighteen years of experience in the development of early stage technology ventures. Richard currently serves as the CFO and Director of Business Development for Five States, a private equity firm affiliated with the Company’s lead investor. He is also a director of GoTV Networks (mobile content) and ZPower (advanced batteries). He is also an advisor to VeraSprite (avatars used for mobile advertising) and Dispersive Networks (networking technology).
Patrick Kennedy
CEO
Patrick brings extensive experience in technical product development and digital distribution, strategic planning and corporate development. Prior to Sidebar, Patrick spent two years as a strategic advisor to the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA). He is a founding member of the Singapore Digital Marketplace industry roundtable which helped grow the digital media and entertainment sector and introduce new revenue models for broadband video in the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to this Patrick was an executive vice president at Sony Pictures Digital.
Stephanie Grossman
Founder and Director
Stephanie is an accomplished media and marketing executive with extensive experience on multiple platforms. As the Company’s Founder, Stephanie was responsible for Sidebar’s innovative product vision. She raised the Series A round of funding, established operations, recruited the executive team and drove relationships with leading advertising agencies, consumer brands, publishers, media conglomerates and wireless operators. Stephanie is the inventor of three of Sidebar’s pending patents and co-inventor of a fourth. Previously, Stephanie launched and headed divisions for Warner Bros. and Scripps Networks Interactive. Stephanie remains active in the digital and media sectors and advises companies focused on mobile, social and entertainment.
M. Ian Gilchrist
Director
Ian Gilchrist brings extensive international experience in the investment banking focusing on the telecom, media and digital technology sectors. Ian has been a member of the Liberty Media Board of Directors since 2009 and was a Managing Director of Citigroup/Salomon Brothers from 1995 until his retirement in July 2008. Prior to 1995, he was a Managing Director of CS First Boston Corporation and was a Managing Director of PaineWebber Incorporated.
Michael Marchetti
Director
Michael brings a wealth of experience in the mobile space, including business and product strategy, carrier relationships and organizational development. Michael is currently a Senior Vice President of EA Casual, a division of Electronic Arts where he is responsible for its Pogo.com online gaming portal. Previously, he was the General Manager of EA Mobile and the Chief Financial Officer of JAMDAT Mobile.
Charlie McBride
Director
Charlie McBride manages Slate River Capital LP, a family office in Dallas that invests in a broad range of public and private investments. Prior to joining Slate River in 2005, Charlie founded and managed McBride Planning Group, and for over 20 years advised high net worth families and family business owners on a broad variety of strategic, investment and financial planning issues. He graduated from Baylor University in 1977 and received an MBA from SMU in 1981.
Dr Boris Mouzykantskii

Dr Boris Mouzykantskii career encompasses success in both the academia world, as well as the business world. Holding a doctorate in Theoretical Physics, Boris holds research positions at Cambridge University and University of Warwick in the UK. Boris’ research in the field of physics is well cited, and Boris has presented his work at many international conferences. Boris is the founder and CEO of IPonWeb, a software development & technology services business. IPonWeb delivers to its customers innovative and leading solutions for large scale applications, harnessing distributed computing resources. In his role with IPonWeb, Boris has served previously as the chief architect behind the exchange optimization engine for Right Media, acquired by Yahoo! in 2007.
