We do not direct any of our content specifically at children under 13, nor do we knowingly collect any information from anyone under 13. If we learn, or have reason to suspect, that a Site or SIDEBAR user is under age 13, we will promptly delete any personal information in that user’s account.

INFORMATION COLLECTION PRACTICES
What basic information do we request and collect?

In operating the Sites and SIDEBAR, we may include registration, surveys, contest entries and other forms that request users to provide their names, contact information including email address, mobile phone service information (including their mobile phone number), demographic information and/or interests. Some of the above information may be required to use certain portions of our Sites and/or SIDEBAR, and other information would be for customization of features we may offer on our Sites and/or SIDEBAR. If we contact you or you contact us, we may keep a record of that contact.

What additional information do we collect?

By visiting our Sites or using SIDEBAR, our computer systems automatically collect certain information necessary to improve your ability to view and use our services as intended. This information may include your IP address, domain name, browser software, connection type, operating system, and referral data (i.e., the link you may have clicked to go to our Sites). Our SIDEBAR application also collects certain information regarding your usage of the application. This information may include content, promotions and utilities you view and with which you engage. From time to time, we may also use cookies, clear GIFs or similar methodologies (collectively referred to herein as “cookies”) that allow us to store a small piece of data on your computer and/or mobile phone about your visit to our Sites or your use of SIDEBAR. In some instances, these tracking technologies may be tied to personally identifiable information such as your mobile phone number. This helps us learn which areas of offerings are useful and which need improvement. You may be able to choose whether to accept cookies by changing the settings on your computer and/or mobile phone, as applicable. However, if you choose to disable these items, your experience in using the services we offer may be diminished and some features may not work as intended or at all. Some of our business partners use tracking technologies such as Web beacons on our Web site. We have no access or control of these third party tracking technologies.
