Freddie Yosifov
Frederica brings 15 years of experience in media and technology, with expertise in strategic planning, program management, and production. Most recently, she was Senior Director of Publishing & Programming at TED Conferences, where she worked across TED’s community of volunteers, speakers, and podcast hosts to create content and world-class experiences. From award-winning shows, like How to be a Better Human and TED Talks Daily, to conference workshops, her work centers the audience through personal growth and connection. She earned her BA from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and her MSc at the Università della Svizzera italiana. As a certified Project Management Professional®, navigating complex projects and teams is one of her strongest skills. Earlier in her career, she was a researcher and a strategist who focused on digital media and emerging platforms. She’s fascinated by niche online communities and how these relationships create value, prompt action, and promote global change.
When she’s not at her desk, she strives to be active and healthy – you’ll find her teaching pilates or yoga, at the beach with her dog, or traveling to see loved ones.
