Randhir coaches founders, CEOs, and senior leaders navigating the moment when a team, a company, or a market has outgrown their old playbook — with particular depth in product and technology executives building at the intersection of behavioral science and health tech.
He brings over 20 years of product and executive leadership, most recently as President of Healthify's US business and previously as Chief Product Officer at Omada Health (NYSE:OMDA). Earlier in his career he led product at Headspace and Yahoo, working across consumer wellness, mental health, and enterprise technology. He is a 2025 and 2026 Top CPO Award recipient and a Co-Active Practitioner (CAP), certified through the Co-Active Training Institute.
Randhir's coaching is built on evidence, not motivational platitudes. Rather than hand clients answers, he asks the questions that surface insights. Then helps them build structured thinking and turn their own insight into concrete next steps. He calls himself a sherpa, not a savior: his job is to build leaders' own judgment and capability, not hand them a playbook.
