Ryan Kim

I am an executive coach that helps leaders build high-performing teams through coaching, feedback, and empathetic leadership.

Since 2016, I’ve worked across industries with organizations including Goldman Sachs, Deloitte, Caterpillar, the United States Department of State, Heineken, and The Walt Disney Company. I partner with emerging leaders, senior executives, and cross-functional teams to strengthen communication, elevate performance, and foster cultures rooted in trust and accountability.

My global experience includes facilitating and teaching in South Africa, China, and across the Caribbean, giving me a nuanced understanding of leading across cultures and contexts.

My work focuses on helping leaders become better communicators. I design and facilitate workshops and coaching engagements centered on feedback, coaching conversations, psychological safety, effective team communication and presentations skills.

With a background in performance and facilitation, I bring both presence and practicality to this work—helping leaders align what they say, how they say it, and how they show up.
