Ryan Kim

Ryan has been an executive coach and facilitator since 2016 across industries. He has experience working with many types of audiences, from individual professionals to small teams to entire organizations to live groups of 10K+. He is comfortable working with all types of businesses, from start-ups to non-profits to large corporations and institutions. Clients have ranged from Goldman Sachs to Broadway theaters to the US State Department, Heineken, Caterpillar and Disney. In addition to individual coaching, he has developed and facilitated workshops around feedback, coaching, presentation skills, crucial conversations and effective communication.

Ryan is passionate about creating environments that foster equity, learning, belonging and accountability for leaders to share and shape their stories, supporting them to bring their authentic selves to their lives and work and to envision and move in the direction of their ambitions more confidently.

Ryan comes to this work from a background in the arts, where specialized in performance for many years. He also has a passion for arts education and has worked in developing and implementing arts programs for kids in South Africa, China and across the US and Caribbean. Ryan is an avid traveler who is originally from Hawaii but now lives in the heart of New York City with his plant named Robert.
