Todd Webb spent thirty years as an operator before he became a coach. Manufacturing, healthcare, software consulting, e-commerce, retail. Eight years at Groupon through the hypergrowth years, and most recently VP of Product at Leap. He’s been through two acquisitions, both on the acquired side.

He works with founders, senior technology leaders, and CEOs. Most are working harder than they ever have. Their teams are capable. And every decision that matters still routes back through them.
