Adriane Jones
Adriane Jones (she/her) brings over a decade of experience helping individuals grow their careers. Before joining Sidebar, she spent the first 11 years of her career at companies like Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Nike, and several emerging Portland, Oregon businesses, creating and facilitating award-winning programs that empowered employees in their professional journeys.
In 2020, Adriane launched her own successful learning and development business, where she partnered with well-known organizations in apparel, tech, healthcare, and finance to create custom leadership development and employee onboarding programs that positively impacted thousands of employees.
Most recently, Adriane felt driven to find a path where she could make a more direct impact on leaders. When she discovered Sidebar and the real, vulnerable conversations happening here, she knew her passion for helping others improve their working lives had finally found its true home.
I’m passionate about helping people grow, connect, and build meaningful careers. I firmly believe in the transformative power of community and conversation to facilitate learning and mutual growth, so I’m thrilled to guide these conversations and be at the forefront of career development here at Sidebar.
