Rohan Verma

Rohan has 15+ years of leadership experience in scaling some of the world’s most popular consumer tech products. He holds a degree from UC Berkeley and has completed post-graduate coursework at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business. Rohan was an early LinkedIn employee, rising from a college intern to a senior leader in the Product organization. He spent 10+ years through the company’s IPO and acquisition by Microsoft to ultimately oversee Global Strategic Partnerships for several multi-billion dollar business lines. He also held a similar role at Dropbox prior to its IPO. Rohan is a Co-Active Trained Coach and has completed guest lecture work at UC Berkeley and Columbia University. He has thousands of coaching and facilitation hours with Founders, Senior Leaders (Director+) and Emerging Talent in both technical and go-to-market roles at each “FAANG” company, numerous early-stage (pre-seed through Series D) startups, organizations like Kaiser Permanente, Deloitte, Bank of America Securities, Johnson&Johnson and more. He is recommended by Bessemer Venture Partners as a coach for all portfolio companies. He primarily works with leaders in tech, media and finance, but also has broad industry experience, such as the lead executive coach role for the San Francisco Giants Front Office Executive Team. He is also the founding coach of Gritty, an edtech platform for early-career Sales professionals to build careers of meaning in Medical Device, Pharmaceutical and Enterprise Software sales.
